• You have 14 days from the confirmed delivery date indicated by your order's tracking number to exchange or return an item. 
• Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged. 
•  Price adjustments for sale items are not offered retrospectively.  
• All sale items are FINAL SALE - no exchanges or refunds.
• Custom Items are FINAL SALE - orders cannot be changed after the invoice has been paid. 
• Orders cannot be CANCELED once placed; the order will need to be treated as an exchange or return. 
• Shipping costs are nonrefundable. 
• All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking and processing fee. 

 

STORE CREDIT, EXCHANGES & RETURNS

• We offer store credit for the cost of the item minus discount codes or promotional discounts that were applied. Store credit will be in the form of a digital gift card. 
• Items must be in NEW condition - no signs of wear, tags attached.
• Any item purchased "on-sale" or apart of our sample sale is a final sale.
• Shipping charges are nonrefundable & the buyer assumes all return/exchange shipping costs unless Whipin Wild Rags was responsible for the mistake.
• If your item is returned because it was sent to the wrong address or undeliverable, it is not Whipin Wild Rags Inc's responsibility to pay the shipping to resend it. If your address is wrong and the package is lost or delivered to the wrong address, please understand that Whipin Wild Rags Inc. cannot be held responsible.

 

SHIPPING

• Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse daily Monday - Friday except for US Holidays. 
• You will receive a text or email notification with your tracking information once your order has been processed. Processing can take 1-3 business days. 
• Pre Order items will ship separately. Allow 4 weeks for delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
